Ingredients

  • 120 G Gluten-Free Flour We use Bob’s Red Mill
  • 25 G Caster sugar
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 200 G Buttermilk 200g milk + 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1½ tbsp Butter melted
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
  • Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Add more milk to thin the batter if necessary. The batter should be thick but able to fall off a spoon slowly.
  • Cook over medium heat till golden brown.
