Quarantine Cravings
Ingredients
- 120 G Gluten-Free Flour We use Bob’s Red Mill
- 25 G Caster sugar
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 200 G Buttermilk 200g milk + 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 Egg
- 1½ tbsp Butter melted
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
- Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Add more milk to thin the batter if necessary. The batter should be thick but able to fall off a spoon slowly.
- Cook over medium heat till golden brown.
